Hi Miguel! I wanted to reach out to you to explain the situation with the sandals. I bought these from a very high end consignment store that I came across while on a business trip. They had everything on display shelves with handwritten cards giving their brand name, their size and their price. Only when purchased do they bring the boxes out from the back room for packing them up. I wear a size 11 and bought these for myself. When I never got around to wearing them, I decided to sell them here.

I bought them as an 11. I never noticed (until I was packing them up to send to you) that they say 12 inside the leather strap, as well as on the box they came in. The consignment shop had placed a tag on the box saying they were a size 11. I had tried them on and truly believe they ARE a Size 11. So, I needed to explain this before I send them out. I'd be glad to honor the price you'd offered. I just felt I should explain this first. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!! Sam
