jmaggio1 @mihaelaedge hi! Figured better to converse here. It’s my understanding concierge only adds 1-2 days to shipping time. Perhaps the 2 weeks is that sellers might take up to 7 days to ship the item out. I shipped shoes same day. It got to headquarters today so hopefully will be done tomorrow and since you live close, I hope you receive them by end of week (thurs no mail). If I don’t get word that they were approved tomorrow, I will reach out for you and me.
