sarahpinches Hi Mikala! Thank you for your honest feedback, and I sincerely apologize that there were creases in the bag caused by the packaging. It didn’t occur to me that would happen. I‘m confident that once you put items in the bag, the leather will relax and the creases will disappear within a short amount of time.
