drwilson78 Hi Mikayla! I just wanted to update you again. Please know that I feel so terrible for the delay in your purchased item. This has never happened to me before where an item didn't track for delivery. I shipped several items on Monday and for some reason yours is the only that hasn't tracked. Your item was shipped in a Priority Mail envelope. I did call the post office finally today to inquire.

drwilson78 The service representative stated that this specific thing happens at times where an item gets missed because a machine scans it. She stated that I have to wait an additional 2/3 business days (not including tomorrow-holiday) to see if it gets delivered. Which means Tuesday-ish. Which I'm praying that you receive it before then. After 7 business days I can file an investigation for a loss item.

drwilson78 But I don't want to hold on to your money for the delay. It's up to you on what you would like to do. I can cancel the order so that the monies can be returned to you or whatever you'd like. I feel so bad for the inconvenience this may have caused.
