drwilson78 Hi Mikayla! I just wanted to update you again. Please know that I feel so terrible for the delay in your purchased item. This has never happened to me before where an item didn't track for delivery. I shipped several items on Monday and for some reason yours is the only that hasn't tracked. Your item was shipped in a Priority Mail envelope. I did call the post office finally today to inquire.

drwilson78 The service representative stated that this specific thing happens at times where an item gets missed because a machine scans it. She stated that I have to wait an additional 2/3 business days (not including tomorrow-holiday) to see if it gets delivered. Which means Tuesday-ish. Which I'm praying that you receive it before then. After 7 business days I can file an investigation for a loss item.

drwilson78 But I don't want to hold on to your money for the delay. It's up to you on what you would like to do. I can cancel the order so that the monies can be returned to you or whatever you'd like. I feel so bad for the inconvenience this may have caused. And please know that this is the first time something like this has ever happened. I'm so sorry. Hope to hear from you. And I hope you have a great Thanksgiving.
