It seems that the Patagonia jacket you ordered was mistakenly sent to the wrong address, and you possibly received a pair of cowboy boots? I'm terribly sorry about this!!! I routinely triple check orders with addresses, but I obviously should have done a better job. Entirely my fault!! Poshmark and I are in the process of getting you the jacket, and if you received the boots, please let them know and they will send you a prepaid label to send the boots to the appropriate buyer.

@mystoriffic It's really simple--this exact thing happened to me (as a buyer) a few weeks ago where I was sent the wrong item. PM will send both you and the person who received your item a prepaid mailing label so you can just stick that on the repackaged item you have and drop it in the mail. That's all there is to it. ...use the app, go to the section (on the bottom right) with your Poshmark name. On that page, where you Accept the order, you'll see where to register a complaint. There, just tell them you received the wrong order. They'll then send you a prepaid label to send the boots on to the person who ordered them. In addition, I'll also report the problem letting them know what's happened. I'm terribly sorry about the mixup, but it's an easy fix.

Just to be clear since you're not familiar w/app: Open PM app> tap bottom right where you see @your name> tap on My Purchases> tap on the Patagonia item> you'll see the blue Accept tab, and below that tap Problem/Order Inquiry" and tell them what happened. In a day or so, they'll send mailing label.

I think it looks like a reflection in the photo. The scratch on the side is not visible in the original photo. I don't want you to feel any pressure and just wanted to be upfront. I noticed it while packing and went back to look at the photos to make sure it had been shown, and when I saw it hadn't, wrote to you. I feel so bad.
