Hi Mike. I suspect you are new to Poshmark. Since they get 20% of sale price seller has narrow margin for profit or breaking even. I don’t mind no profit. I set prices based on my cost and buy at auctions so get good prices. However, I don’t inflate prices as many do so they have room to bargain.😮

Added new picture indicating wear on left side of coat. I think from my shoulder bag and seat belting the car. I purchased coat from furrier Albe in Greenwich CT that is the only label in the coat.

@au001vi thanks for sending photo. It is really hard for me to tell how severe the wear is/looks from the photo. Has the suede been irreversible compromised? How noticeable? In the photo of whole coat it doesn’t look bad, but closeup is concerning (but close up might exaggerate the damage)

You can definitely feel that the suede is rough just in that area, don’t know if that is something that can be corrected or not. I took that picture from a different angle where it is more noticeable. Head on view it is not as apparent.

The dress shoes were shipped out about 4-5 hours ago. I've got a tracking number if you'd like it?! Let me know when they arrive. I ran out of my normal packing material so they are wrapped a little unorthodox but it will keep them from rubbing together. Thanks
