knepnyc Hi Mike, I ordered Tommy Hilfiger Mens Red White Blue Striped Sweater on Dec 2nd from you and see that it's awaiting shipment still. I'm just wondering when it might ship as this is my first time using Poshmark. I was hoping to have it quickly to use in a photo for Christmas.

thriftdonmike @knepnyc So sorry for the issue. I had packed and shipped the sweater the day after the initial purchase. I’ve just checked the tracking and it seems it is not. I will reach out to local post offices today to see what’s going on.

knepnyc Hi again. I haven't heard anything back from you so I wanted to see if you know what's happening with the shipping of the sweater? Poshmark reached out to say they haven't heard from you and I could cancel which I'd rather not do if this can be resolved.

thriftdonmike @knepnyc Unfortunately I’m at the mercy of the post office. Because of the time of year, it’s virtually impossible to get any assistance on lost items, they’re just asking me to file a claim and have it paid, which doesn’t give you your sweater. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. I think it’s best to refund it and in the event I can get it back, I’ll send it to you. Sorry again and happy holidays to you and yours!
