newme1776 @ralphandlauren i couldn't file a claim because the listing was accurate. Posh policy. After contacting you about the purchase you simply said it was already shipped. There was no vibe from you that you were even going to entertain any type of return. Even if i was an XL, the sleeve cuffs are stretched out, so its not quite the "excellent" condition posted.
