Hi Mike!
Thank you for your purchase. You bought a blue Gap Bomber from us. We just want to apologize for a mistake we made. We make a lot of sales on this app and other platforms and mistakenly put the wrong jacket in your package. We are so sorry, and will fix this for you. We placed our Blue Tommy Hilfiger Bomber jacket from our closet in there by mistake. We have already contacted Poshmark and they are aware.

We want you to be happy and we are sorry about the inconvenience. That’s not fair to you. We will get you the jacket you ordered the moment Poshmark let’s us know we can send it.

Luckily through hard work, we have been rated as a “Top Seller” by our customers on Posh, so we have never had anything like this happen, but we will figure it out for you and fix it. In the future you can have a minimum of 20% of anything in our closet anytime you want. Let us know if you need anything at all. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more. And we’ll get you the right jacket ASAP!

@jkmustang Hey! Any label that you may need would be emailed to you most likely. Poshmark will handle that. You wouldn’t have to make it or pay for anything at all. We’ve never been in this position before. Poshmark told us they would reach out to you.
We’ll keep messaging poshmark so that we get updates. We’ll make sure everything turns out right for you, with you having to do as little work as possible. I’ll message you the moment they message us.

As for the actual jacket you ordered, we’ll send it to you the moment they send us a new shipping label. We’ll throw in something extra in your package like a $5 Target Gift Card as well! No matter what you’ll get the right jacket in great condition very soon. Just message us if you have any questions!

Oh yeah and we forgot to mention. It would be a free return label with our address. If they let us we’ll send you the jacket before you even send back the other one just to make sure you get your jacket even quicker.
