dreban7 @wm1311 ok, thanks so much. I’ll let the return/refund I filed with Poshmark expire once I get the correct coat. Thank you again. It would not let me ask for an exchange, only a return for refund. They said they don’t do exchanges which makes no sense to me, so I’m glad you got a hold of me. Thank you again for sending the correct coat. I’ll make sure and leave you positive feedback.

wm1311 @dreban7 hello I am so very sorry this has been a nightmare for me too. OK your package was resent unfortunately with the same tracking as before by family. I tried to get poshmark let me refund you I will send a post showing you. But they have said no. I will mail you a refund and praying the package gets to you.

dreban7 @wm1311 @wm1311 so the correct coat was sent? To what address? I’m confused by what you said. You said a family member sent the correct code utilizing the original tracking? What does that mean? Please tell me the address of where the new code was sent. And if you know the tracking number, I can get started trying to track the package down.

wm1311 @dreban7 they did not realize that Already used that label to mail you the coat that was wrong. I just didn’t get to them on time. It was mailed to your original address with the same shipping label. I truly am sorry they didn’t know if it shows up please let me know I am mailing you a refund either way you deserve a refund. I talked to the post office here and they said they don’t know either but they’re trying to track it. Again very very sorry. I hope it arrives for you.

dreban7 @wm1311 ok. Well, I got the first (incorrect) coat when they used that shipping label. So if they used the same label to send the correct coat, it SHOULD show up. I’ll keep an eye out for it. Thank you. If it shows up, there’s no need for a refund. Thank you. I’ll advise if it shows this week. If there was a tracking number, please let me know what tracking number that was. Thanks.

dreban7 @wm1311 ok. I had been out of town and just got my mail and NO COAT. I have no clue how you can get the incorrect coat to me the first time, but no coat to me the second time. dreban7 @wm1311 I am sorry for you troubles, truly. I am confused and upset about the coat. I really did want it, and still do. I just guess I’m still confused about how your family resent the correct coat to me but it never arrived. Especially after they sent the wrong coat to me, initially. They had the correct address the first time. Your replies have been confusing to me. Where, exactly, did they mail the correct coat to??

wm1311 @dreban7 To your address, The simplest way to put it is they mailed the coat with the same label as with the first package. In other words they didn’t get a new label they thought that was the label but it had already been used. They reused the label from the first coat instead of printing a new one. USPS says it will try to deliver to you with postage due or come back to me.
