@sthurston1965 the item wasn’t damaged in any way. It was missing one ornament hook, which was in the listing. Other than that, it had all the parts and had absolutely zero damage when I mailed it.

Well, I have taken pictures of it and these are not new damages. I will be returning tomorrow and I want a full refund.
