Your comment was "item cleanliness" and yet the jacket was in MINT condition and had been freshly dry cleaned - AND came with a certificate of authenticity. It may mean nothing to you, but as a seller, ratings are very important and this is so, so unfair. SELLERS BEWARE!!!
