suzannemarti126 I am so sorry the watch was not in the box, I clearly put the watch in box!!! I clearly agree you need full refund and that’s what I told poshmark!! I have had nothing but trouble with USPS last couple months!! They lost a Insurance check for repairs for our house from winter storm totally unacceptable!! I will fight for you to get your money back! Again I’m so sorry this happened!!
