anna8415 hello milagros it looks as if the problem was solved you have the denim jacket.and also got your money refunded back to you..so cant really complain now when you got the item free..which I'm sure if you just simply wash the jacket the stains you were taking about will come right out consider that it has been hanging in my closet for a while ..
