njshorebabies Hi Millie, I am new to poshmark and not really sure of how to navigate the system properly yet. I purchased a gorgeous pair of BCBG heels from you but they are the wrong size. You did not ship yet is it possible to cancel. I'm so sorry. I love the shoes but they are not the size I need. I pressed accidental sale but I. not sure if that alerts you or not.

millieknoblauch @njshorebabies I left the shoes packaged and ready to ship at my job in the mailroom. I tried to get to work early this morning to get it out of the mail but it was too late. I don’t know how to stop the transaction. I’m pretty new to Poshmark. That’s why I suggested you contact Poshmark to back out of the deal.

njshorebabies Hi again Millie, love your name btw. I appreciate you trying to help. I've used EB ay very easy customer service but this site is hard to navigate and v. little help. the only thing I saw was you can cancel within an hour if paying and if it didnt ship in 5 days but I dont want to get your profile dinged either. very frustrating for seller and buyer. I cannot get any interaction from Poshmark on any question. I'm so sorry. If you shipped already no worries.
