vertigovault Hi Mily! I wanted to make sure that you got my message about the Collectif Pearl orange coat. I am the same measurements as you (33” waist, 40” hips) except for the bust (36”). There is still room in the bust area. I am 5’ 5” and the coat falls mid-calf on me. There is 12” from the floor to the bottom of the coat (on me). I hope that helps!
