nprophete1161 @halierob I’m still unable to activate it :’( you need to remove it from your iCloud. The Apple support website says: go to your iCloud, go to find my phone, click all devices at the top of screen, select the device you want to remove, click erase from my account, select next until the device is erased, then click remove account.
