@limmimi05 I just had another sale. But before I accepted the offer I unlinked my email from my shop app. And the shipping label was available and it was smooth sailing. So it was definitely an issue with shop app.. Anyway I STILL haven’t heard back from customer support and I have read that if I keep emailing the request for help goes to the bottom of the list. So maybe if you cancel the order and reorder it would be best.
