kalenaparadise Hello! I have not received any communications from you since 3/15/24 (the day that I purchased an item from your closet) when you said that you would ship my purchased item to me the very next day. Today is 3/25/24 (10 days after I paid for the item), and I still have not received a response from you after messaging you multiple times to check on the status of my purchased item. Could you please tell me if/when you plan to ship my item to me? Thank you very kindly in advance and Happy Poshing!!

mimi_713 @kalenaparadise Hi, the package was lost in the mail and was returned today. I greatly apologize for this long delay and am happy to reship the item directly through the my local USPS office vs community shipping service. please advise if you would like me to ship the items tomorrow morning before 9 am and will ensure to provide their confirmation number.

kalenaparadise @mimi_713 Thank you for your response! I think you can use the POSHMARK label (just reprint please) and ship it to me through Poshmark. I will also send this SAME message through our group message that includes the Poshmark Support Representative.
