I compared the measurements of the jacket to other clothes I have listed & it seems to b equivalent to a Size 2 or 4 depending on the item, so that would be an XS. 1queenemmalani Good morning. The collar lays down on the shoulder in front so the collar to hem is the same as shoulder to Hem and that measurement is 17.5" to 18".
