ivegonemod I just saw your review and am so sorry for your disappointment. I would be happy to issue you a refund had I known that you were unhappy! Lets make this right. Will you consider removing your rating after the item is refunded? There needs to be a better way to directly communicate with sellers, but until then we have to find other ways. A simple request for refund button would make a lot of sense. Let me know please.

africakim90 @ivegonemod thank you for a quick reaction. If it could be refunded, I would change my rating of course. I have tried to push ‘refund’ button but it didn’t work. And the customer center said there was no more option since i pushed ‘accept’ button. If you have a different way to make it happen, please lead me.

ivegonemod @africakim90 Oh goodness. I’m wondering if I can do it on my end. There must be a way around this. If nothing else, please find something of comparable value in my closet and I will send it to you for free. None of us can afford to lose money and ultimately I would rather have a happy customer than $28. Be back as soon as I can figure this out...

ivegonemod Nothing can be done...if you want to text me at 480-296-8666 and send me your address, I will send you a refund. I don't want you to feel 'ripped off' as I would in your shoes and it's very important to me that I make this right. The other option would be to take a look at my closet and see if anything there can work to replace the shoes. I will send it to you on the house. ~Robin
