Hi Mina, I wanted to reach out to you to let you know I sincerely apologize about the bag. I’m sure it causes a big inconvenience for you and for that I am truly sorry. I honestly did not see the nick in the bag when I had inspected and was photographing it. I definitely learned a lesson to do a better job in inspecting my items prior to listing them.
