bagnificentbtq @lainejohnson94 Hi - I have a croissant bag that is new, but lacking a pouch. But I’ve promised it to someone else. It’s in another location and I’ll be there in mid-June. That person is supposed to reach out to me about it then. If she doesn’t, and you want the bag without a pouch, please contact me - let’s say the end of June - and I would be happy to sell it to you. Hopefully you’ll find one before then that is complete!

bagnificentbtq @beckylederman I reached out to Posh support to ask for their help resolving the situation because they will send you a return label and give me another label to mail you the right bag, assuming they are able to figure out why the purchase was made under another username.

beckylederman I have put labeled package with Fanny pack in the mail. Will you be sending me the black baggy sports bag once you receive the fanny pack ? No one, not once, has said “sorry for sending you the wrong item”.

bagnificentbtq @beckylederman You’re right. I apologize for the mistake. I was first focused on resolving the issue with your username because the username you are using to comment here is not the same username associated with the purchase in my account. And then I was focused on resolving the issue with Posh support. They have indicated that this will not be an exchange. You will receive a refund when I receive the fanny pack. If you still want the sport crossbody, you would need to purchase it again.
