Hi there- you purchased the Anne Klein bag from us and got a Coach bag sold on eBay - in over 7 YEARS we have never mixed up an order and we really do appreciate your honesty and hope you can forgive us the mixup. If possible I can send you a prepaid postage by email if you want to send it to it’s proper owner and she is doing the same with your bag - I’m not sure how to do this or if you still even want the bag you DID order still?? @mindoza yeah poshmark has it’s own once it’s catch up with the carrier it provides one and you can track it, with covid the mail does run a bit slower right now. I’ve been getting stuff later. But you should be able to track it on here
