mindyotto @jhailynn I do! I received my rose gold glitter shoes last week and have only worn them a couple of times. Yesterday I looked down because I thought my show was untied but it was actually torn and that it why it felt loose. I took some pictures but I am not sure how to share them in this email. I really love the shoes and am hoping I just got a bunk pair. What is your replacement/refund policy? Thanks so much! Mindy
