nemb @minervas_owl it is 35”. From pit to pit in the photo showing 17.5”. The entire top is stretchy, the velvet can stretch to at least 40”. No pressure to purchase! I love it, but I have a tummy & the empire Waist accentuates it too much for me. ☀️
