hittho @eeeme 1 phone is available. In August, call Xfinity, provide the phone info and ask them to unlock. If they have question, I can be available to assist.

a_bertoe I bought the phone from you and I'm having problems trying to unlock it. I'm calling xfinity but they asked me for for an ID number as well as the sim card number and I don't know any of those

a_bertoe Correction*. What the phone needs in order to unlock it. is for the previous owner (as in minh) to pay the phone in full in order for the phone to be unlocked

hittho @a_bertoe I was misinformed by Xfinity. It turns out this phone can only be unlocked after May 2024. They admitted faulty information but offered no reasonable workaround. I take full responsibility for this. Here are some options for us. Option 1: Keep the phone and take $30 credit from me as a new phone which is locked to a carrier is selling for about $150 online. Option 2: Return the phone to me for full refund including shipping charge.
