laundryservice hi. I recently bought pilates socks. You gave me a great deal and I appreciate that. One pair was made wrong, the straps are supposed to be criss cross, one sock has them straight across. Can't wear them. I already accepted the order. Just wondering what kind of deal you would give me on a replacement. Thank you 😊

These earrings are all new without using, and I’ve sold some without issues. If you don’t like them, maybe we can initiate a return? I couldn’t attach pics here but I send you three different types of backs including a pair of original TB earring back within a card. Hope you will receive soon!

minniezml @kavupatagonia It is an envelope with a card with some backs inside. I shipped your address in CO. Because it is super light, USPS put stamp on and I got no tracking number. I know there is holiday delay and we get Christmas that USPS don’t work. It should definitely get to to you by next of next week though. :)

minniezml @kavupatagonia USPS got really messed up. I sent a Priority package out on Nov 17th and it just arrived today. I really hope you will receive something soon. I don’t have any extra Tory Burch backs left- the last one was shipped out. If anything I will send a pair of back probably not Tory Burch backs...
