monnaesamom Hi there . I bought a fabulous pair of beige soft spot shoes from you in March . The description said NIB. Unfortunately the soles have come off entirely on one shoe abs the other is deteriorating. The shoe repair says dry rot abs they are unfixable . I’m so sad . I wanted you to know

minniegrand @monnaesamom hi! I am so sorry to hear that. I want to get your $$ back to you. I don’t think Poshmark supports refunds after the sale is final but if we can find a way, I am all for it. I contacted their support to see if I there is a way to refund at this point you so I’ll let you know what I hear. Or if you have a v e n m o I can return your funds that way. Really sorry.
