I am sorry the sweater did not meet your expectations. I usually list if a sweater is very heavy or very light, I have almost 1800 items listed, I focus more on condition, size, photos, measurements. I prefer giving a refund over getting 3 stars. I will gladly give a refund if Poshmark approves it. I take pride in having a perfect 5 star rating, and have maintained that by selling like new items at affordable prices. This is my second year, my first 3 star rating. you may request a refund.
