mrs_cross @eyesbuy hi! I contacted support to see if there is anything that can be done on my end. You may want to contact support as well. If I hear anything from them before you do, I’ll come message you again. If you go to the order status page, you may be able to see a tracking number for them. It isn’t showing on my order details anymore since usps marked it as delivered. I know USPS is dealing with shipping delays currently though. I’m so sorry!

mrs_cross @eyesbuy They actually just emailed me back and said for you to contact them directly so they can assist you but that there isn’t anything that can be done on my end. They did say they have buyer and seller protection so maybe there is something they can do? I’m so sorry for your trouble!
