vivalavi Hello, it’s unfortunate that you’re not satisfied with the Zara shoes, however I am very disappointed that you rated me 2 stars, and feel the shoes aren’t as described. The photos I provided are high quality and very clear and comprehensive. I can assure you that my daughter only wore them 1-2 times. Please look at the inner sole within the shoe and you can see that there is no depression. It’s clearly clean and unworn.

vivalavi @msweets0225 I don’t know what to say. The photos are very clear and you had the option to return them when you received it a few days ago. This is another listing I found on poshmark of a new pair. And as you can see even when they are new the suede color is not even.
