I run a small in home rescue. The puppy someone surrendered bc they were unable to care for him. And the beagle I found tied to some dudes porch post with a leash 3ft long. When it was pouring out. I went to high school with this dude and he said he was gonna take him out hunting with him and shoot him or have him run away anyways... people are messed up seriously. How can you not love an animal
