thehighroad @jillnrobertposh Hey, I have a couple questions maybe you can answer. 1. When I search for something on the main page, is there anyway to remove specific terms? Like if I want to search for Torrid size 3, but no swimwear or underwear? 2. Is there anyway to make sure I ONLY see my size items when I use the My Size? I keep getting other sizes and baby stuff.

jillnrobertposh @thehighroad I’m going to try to answer without pictures it’s hard. 1. Go to the search option and type in Torrid. (Then hit follow if you want that brand in your feed.). There is a filter button on the front page it looks like a funnel. Click that and then go to Category and pick what you want leaving out the suits and underwear. I think that will do it.

jillnrobertposh @thehighroad to only see your size make sure on your profile your my size is filled out as much as possible. But unfortunately some people put too broad of a range when they list for the very opportunity to have a larger target audience. Also, use the filter button again and click on my size.

jillnrobertposh @thehighroad 3. Most times when people would add an item for pets it will make you pick a category first and since there is no pet category it would default to Women then other. Then you would see only a quarter or so if someone’s closet.

jillnrobertposh @thehighroad 4. The only way I have seen a thank you is when you receive the item and place the stars on during acceptant. You then can write a note that only the seller sees. They come across as a “Love note”. I’m not a professional on here yet and learn new things everyday. Nevertheless I hope this helps.

4sailsresale @thehighroad now Poshmark's printed labels have the buyers Poshmark closet name on it. You can search that closet name in the find people field of your profile page and leave a thankyou there as well. Also if you like an item before purchasing it, you will find it in your likes until you unlike it. The sellers profile pic will bring you to their closet where you can leave your thank you note. This method is faster.😃

4sailsresale @thehighroad when we follow someone it puts all our shared items into their feed. Then if they share our items it puts our items into the feeds of all of their followers. The more eyes on our products the better chance we have of selling them. Yes if someone is looking for a particular item they will use the filter feature, but for the most part our item will be seen in their news feed and in the feed that everybody sees.
