queenbeeek Hi there! I'm sorry that the packaging was difficult for you! I've always put extra tape on packages I'm sending in order to assure they don't get ripped open in transit! I am sorry the product burned you when you applied! It is best to then follow this product with a gloss to seal in the color! I never thought to post application information on the listing! I will need to edit that so future Poshers who purchase are informed! The color once applied can vary from what it looks like in the tube!
