Hi....you bought a girls dress from me. Im trying to print the label and its saying that the buyer needs to update your address. Looks like I can't send it until then.

@evaugha thanks for reaching out. Yes they have the wrong email on the system and am trying to contact them as I need email right to confirm address (which is actually correct). So bummed it’s for a formal on Friday. Hopefully they contact me back soon.

@laranm oh no...that sucks. From my experience, posh support is SUPER slow. If you have an alternate means, I'd go with that. (Like if it's because you're locked out of your email or something, I'd just create a new one). The last time I contacted them, it was like 2 weeks before they got back with me. Keep me posted though....hope we can get this to you when you need it :)
