miriamsd @bgmmichelle It needed more than TLC. The pictures you posted are different from what I received. Please look at your photos. The photos has a working chain with leather strip running through the chains. The bag that I received has a LV lock and the chain was broken into 3 pieces. Just take the bag back before I comment on the listing and lose potential customers. The bag is junk.
