crufashion @mir123987 I apologize that I had to open a case for the Tory Burch bag ,however I cannot except the bag as is. There are white scuff marks all over the corners of the bag that are very visible and there are also white scuff marks on the front center of the bag. I’m not sure if it is paint or what ... this was not noted in your listing at all. I really hate to open cases for returns however paying almost $80 for this bag ( including shipping and tax ) is just too much to let go.

mir123987 @stefz02 i totally disagree with your assessment. I posted a bunch of accurate photos of the bag - not sure what marks you’re referring to but I’ve been 100 percent honest that it was used and not anywhere close to brand new condition - that is why the price was so low!

crufashion @mir123987 I completely understand that it is a used bag however the white scuff marks are a bit more than normal wear. I just feel like that is something that you should have noted in the description on the listing. The way the bag is positioned in the pictures the marks aren’t visible.
