elisezcloset @gregsmirtie You are very welcome! I’m so sorry about the top, I didn’t know 😔. I emailed posh to see if they would process the refund but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. I don’t know if you are able to edit your star rating, but once you receive the refund, I’d be very grateful if you could try as it affects my rating average to keep my “posh ambassador” status which I worked very hard for... I will keep you posted on the refund 😊💕😊

elisezcloset @gregsmirtie Hi Mirtie : ) I finally heard from Posh and they said if I send you a refund outside the system, I would be violating their policy, which could result in my closet being closed. I am SO sorry. If you want to try a return through the system, go to “your purchases”. I believe you can’t because you already “accepted” the order. You get 3 days to inspect items. If you “accept” the order or don’t do a return within 3 days, Posh automatically considers it “accepted”...

Once I receive it, I will give you a 5 star rating to get you started as a Posher. At least we’re not violating any policies and I’m showing you my sincere apology. I wish I could do more, but I can’t risk losing my closet I’ve worked so hard for. 💕 Elise

ucfbrooks Hi Mirtie, I’m really sorry to hear the bra didn’t fit you. I’ve always been a 34, and this one fit me tightly, so the marked size of 32D seemed accurate to me. 😔 You can always reposh it, or look into an extender. I’ve seen them at Target before. I hope that helps, and again, I’m very sorry to hear the Fit wasn’t right.
