Sometimes poshmark triggers a random shipping discount if the seller lowers the price on the listing by more than 10% of the historic price. Sometimes it'll be a 4.99 or 3.99 date, sometimes it doesn't work at all--and sometimes there are Closet Close Out weekends, when every price drop of more than 10% gets a discounted ship rate for everyone who had liked the item. :)

@marlenev66 I rated u before I looked at the tag! I will gladly post a pic of the brand new size 6 tags on the skirt. I love this skirt and have no reason to fabricate anything. I just wish I'd been in town within the 3 days to receive it. If u look at my history you will see I give raving feedback on items I buy.
