Hello may I please ask you to return the item I sold you. I feel your comments and rating isn’t fair nor accurate. I have a small business and take pride in the items I sell and you bought an item that was accurately described, worth considerably more than you paid and then rate and make the comments you did which is both unkind and unfair. The reasonable thing to do would have been to reach out. The $25 you spent I will gladly return.

I’m sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your purchase. As I stated in my note to you I could not seem to get rid of the few hairs present. I should have just cancelled your order so this would not upset you. In the future I am making it very clear we are a dog and cat rescue home which we have started this business to support.
