authors Hi Missy, Thank you so much for your order you placed. I shipped this on November 24th. I have tracked it to the Coppell, TX facility and it now says it is in transit. It has shown in transit for several days so today I called the post office and opened a case because it is so late. The case number is 17858762. The post office is looking into it and says lots of delays are happening. Hopefully you will get your package soon. So sorry for the post office delay. I will keep checking.

authors @missykickball Hi again Missy! I received an email from usps informing me that they are looking into finding this package and getting this to you. They have not given me a timeline on this. They did tell me they would keep working with me until it is resolved. Once again, I am sorry for their delay.
