golden_gal1 @mhennen5711 Here is my idea, try to close this return and do not use their shipping label. If you cannot close it, do not do anything, and eventually, it will close. Send the bra back and include a reason, and I will send you the replacement, including a refund for the cost to ship it back. It cannot cost anything more than $5
