nikkibeamer Hey there, I am so confused on my end it says your order was delivered and accepted which is not true because as I responded this morning I was mailing them today because of the mix up. I think the best option is for me to cancel your order, request refund for you and you repurchase if you still want them. I couldn’t even find record of your shipping info! I’m so sorry I don’t know what’s going on!

nikkibeamer I looked at options to remedy this mess and I choose shipped wrong item there was no other way to cancel order since it says you accepted it. Again, makes no sense I have the shoes in my car! I feel terrible you were charged and you don’t have the shoes but Poshmark says they were delivered. Let me know what you hear on your end.

nikkibeamer Why did you rate the shoes when I contacted you yesterday that I was in contact with Poshmark? I was honest about the mix up and they got back to me this morning. Of course you’ll be reimbursed and the order canceled because of this MISTAKE but to rate shoes as not described with one star when you never received them is just wrong. You never received anything from me so I’m not sure why you accepted a delivery??
