andreamack140 I am very sorry to learn that you are unhappy about some things concerning your purchase! I had no original packaging from when I purchased the ring years ago so I thought that the gift bag would be sufficient. I totally dropped the ball on securing the gift bag inside of the box! The ring was in great condition in my eyes… it may have “shaped” to my finger from lots of wear but as far as the ring being bent, I’m just not certain what you mean.
