bridgetjpm Misty, I am very sorry to hear about the shoes😞That sucks and I would never list anything that was falling apart. I want everyone happy with their purchase. I have emailed poshmark regarding a refund and will let you know as soon as I hear back from them. Again Im sorry, that is really weird that they would do this, they were not worn much at all.

bridgetjpm Hey Misty, I finally heard back from Poshmark and after a long confusing email sounds like you need to contact them for a possible credit. They explained after the 3-day period when the item is accepted no refunds or returns. I am still pretty new at Poshmark as well and learning. I am sorry and wish there was something I could do on my end. But please contact them and let me know when you hear back. Thank you.
