theyellowdahlia Both zippers were inspected and tested multiple times prior to listing and shipping. They were originally my boots and I’m aware of any defects. Photos depict both zippers zipped up from obvious working ability. You originally left a 5 star review and have since changed it to 1 star. If the zipper arrived broken as stated I’d much prefer you to open a case than jeopardize my perfect (500+ 5 star) ratings I work very hard to maintain. Posh allows 3 days to inspect any item purchased.

cranberryncola @theyellowdahlia I just inboxed them today and the zipper on the right side was frayed and no longer sewn into the edging. Making that side open at the zipper edge. I am sorry for the late response I had not had time to open the box and wanted to release your monies in a timely manner. The fact it the zipper edging is broken and it did arrive to me in that condition. I the future I will not mark as arrived or give a rating until I have a chance to open and inspect the items.

csreidt The vase is very heavy. It was 90 new on sale. I’m not sure if I can even ship this at 5lb I know my post office weighs everything.
