momoftybr2 Hi, I ordered a Christmas Matilda Jane dress on 12/11. It is now 12/16 and is still showing not shipped. It is Christmas time (which is closing in) so I needed the dress ASAP.. your profile said average shipping of 2 days. At this rate, I will not receive the dress by this Friday (9 days after ordering).. please give me an update if I can pay a little extra for shipping to actually get the dress here on time. Thank you

wilson5238 @momoftybr2 I’m sorry I shipped the dress on Saturday morning. I’m not sure why tracking hasn’t updated but I’m sure you should receive it by Friday. I will check with my local post office tomorrow when I go to drop packages off.

wilson5238 @momoftybr2 I went to the post office today and raised some cane I sent 6 packages out at the same time 2 were delivered today 2 were tracking and 2 wasn’t showing anything so hopefully something will be done about your dress. I am so sorry I know we have had flooding in my area but I ship packages every day and have never had this happen before
