tammyandson From the moment that I print off the shipping label, I am no longer able too track it. I will go to support and ask them to check the shipping route. At my main store I pay for shipping and can know each and every stop till my client receives it. It's completely opposite of how it's done here. I only sent it one day late. I can't imagine why you haven't received it. As soon as they respond I will let you know what they say

tammyandson @mistynative77 If you have the tracking numbers, I can call the post office to locate the package in its delivery locator. There is no reason why you didn't receive it days ago. I have proof that I sent it in way of the shipping end. They give you a receipt showing the date sent and city and state of where it was sent

At this time I am losing so much money from selling my things for pennies compared to what they cost me. I am accepting prices that should be against the law in order to get the orders in order to get a great name

I am going to try and find a different way to reach support along with taking my receipts to the post office so they can track the package. The tracking number is registered with every stop up till your mailman does the last thing before he puts it in your mailbox so we will all to easy know if it made it to your house
