mobile_oasis @gar_tique hello.. I still haven’t received them. I went to the local post office to check and they said the package is still in transit. I’m seeing the same thing when I check tracking through my email. I’m not sure what the next step should be.

gar_tique @mobile_oasis it’s ridiculous that they taking so long. I can’t file any claim until 15 days pass so let give it a few more days. But I will be contact the post office in the morning and see what they say. Have a good night.

gar_tique I submitted an inquiry to posh because for the post office claim I needed your address to file. You have the tracking number you can file a claim and hopefully you will receive it. But to remedy posh has also refunded your purchase just in case . I’m really sorry I don’t know what is wrong with our postal service but it’s terrible. Stay safe and blessing to you and family.
